  • Can I return my order?

    No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Please read the product descriptions carefully and thoroughly before purchasing. Refused items will be charged a restocking fee.   • Can I use more than one coupon/promo code per order?

    Coupons and promo codes are limited to one code per customer. If you choose to make multiple orders, your orders may be shipped together. However, shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Do I get discount on bulk order?

    Yes. To order in bulk for any single item at the store, please email customer service at info@ladistinctionco.com.

  • Can I add a note to my gift box?

    Yes. When you purchase a gift box, add your note to the note box upon check out or email info@ladistinctionco.com with the subject line Gift Notes + Your name as it appears on the order.

  • Do you give free products for reviews?

    Yes. You may receive a selected product for review if you have a high level of engagement on your platform (views + 10% like per 1000 followers).

  • What is the shipping time?

    Our processing takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping may vary based on the carrier and location of the delivery.
