Our Framework

  • In this framework, you will examine your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness and create an action plan. You will learn and acquire tools for your self-development.

  • In this framework, you will explore your professional wellness. You will complete a series of exercises to help you determine your calling and find your "flow". You will participate in our design lab to help bring your business concept into reality.

  • In this framework, you will do an assessment of your current community and determine where you most belong and why. You will discover your tribe and create a plan of impact.

About

Patricia is a social worker with several years of experience serving a diverse population in health and mental health settings. She earned her Master's Science in Social Work, Enterprise Administration at Columbia University NY, and she's currently pursuing a 2nd Master's at the Maryland University of Integrated Health in Health and Wellness Coaching. She completed her undergraduate studies in Liberal Arts and Psychology with a Sociology minor at the State University of New York.
